IDEA INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATIC DISPENSER Technology Automatic dispenser with sequential gravimetric dosing. SIMPLICITY The delivery of colorants is dispensed through the actuation of a single shutter located on the bottom of each canister. This allows dosage of the colorant directly into the tin from the canister avoiding all the issues arising from the management of the pumping systems of other machines. CONTROL The dosing management software, in constant communication with the balance, allows the real time adjustment of the shutter opening. Dispensing control The opening of the shutter is defined in the calibration phase and subsequently refined in dosing phase thanks to the electronic manage and software. Maintenance The complete absence of a pumping system and all related hydraulic circuit are a guarantee of a very low cost of maintenance. As there are no wearing parts, and thanks to the management software, the machine needs the calibration only during installation, further reducing operating costs.
