Marker S7 Active asset tag

Product catalog summary
Specifications
The Marker S7 active asset tag utilizes Bluetooth 4.2 or higher for data transfer to a BLE receiver. It can identify up to 2 tags within a 30-meter radius. The embedded battery has a lifecycle of 5 years, and the device is rated IP68 for ingress protection. It operates in ambient temperatures ranging from -40 to +85 °C.
Parameters, Counters, and Events
  • Counters: Average and maximum trip speed with a trailer, travel time with coupled equipment.
  • Event Alerts: Equipment ID, coupling or uncoupling time.
  • Displayed Parameters: Equipment coupling status, coordinates of coupling or uncoupling.
Functionality
The Marker S7 tag is used for identifying hauling or attached equipment. It continuously transmits a signal in BLE-radio mode. When within range, the BLE receiver S7 Radiobox CAN captures the signal and sends data to the terminal's CAN j1939 port. The telematics system records equipment operation duration and sends notifications about equipment coupling or uncoupling.
Data Transmission and Alerts
The terminal sends data to the telematics service, which displays counters and parameters, and sends event alerts online to dispatchers. Users are notified of events via SMS and email.
