Sulphur Plasma System-1

Sulphur Plasma System The daylight versions of the Sulphur Plasma lamp produce a well-balanced spectrum which is close to the various appearances of sun light. S 1: 4,000 – 4,500 Kelvin, e.g. poultry breeding S 2: ~ 8,000 Kelvin, e.g. aquatics, terrariums, photography, studio and film S 3: ~ 5,600 Kelvin, sun light, architectural solutions and horticulture There is a wide range of spectra available including UV for exposure and polymerization applications. Specific solutions are available for quality assurance manufacturing of solar panels, automotive and any surface/color rendering process. No mercury is used for producing this light. The light spectrum is almost constant throughout the lamp life-time. The light intensity can be dimmed and the color spectrum remains practically the same. Sulphur Plasma is microwave-generated plasma light. The light-source is an electrode-less quartz glass bulb, which is filled with traces of Sulphur and Argon. The stabilization of the plasma is achieved by rotation of the glass bulb during operation. The standard unit consists of compact aluminum housing and the funnel-shaped reflector that can vary depending on the application. Electronic power supply and magnetron are integrated into the housing, special cables are not required. TECHNIGRAF offers a wide range of special units adapted to the application. Power consumption 1,350 W, Lamp power 1,000 W, Mains 230V ± 10%, 50/60 Hz, Luminous flux ≥ 125 lm/W, Life time lamp up to 40,000 h, system maintenance recommended at ~8.760 h (depending application) Recommended ambient temperature + 10…40 °C Extra cooling solutions available Dimensions (LxWxH) approx. 360 x 300 x 400 mm, weight approx. 12 kg PLASMA SYSTEM Microwave generated lamp with well-balanced light spectra
