Rotating joint with air circuit, electrical power circuit and commands enabling a complete rotation of the whole system without limitation in head rotations. - Floating moving of the electrodes. - Welding process using a 1000 Hz medium frequency power source. Welding transformer attached with the head. - Monitoring of the cycle by an industrial PLC with interface man / machine by control panel. - Performing of 32 spot welds on 3 faces in 60 seconds.
