Key Features and Benefits
The TS5322 Series Mini Spool Valve is designed with a balanced spool mechanism to provide a rapid "ON/OFF" fluid dispensing function that remains unaffected by fluid input pressure. It features an automatic "suck-back" anti-drip function by displacing a portion of the fluid back into the dispensing tip during shut-off. An oil chamber above the upper seal offers an additional liquid seal to prevent moisture from reaching the spool, facilitating easy maintenance without special tools. The valve operates with air pressure to open and a return spring to close, with an option for air closing without the spring.

The TS5322 Series Miniature Spool Valve is suitable for dispensing precise shots of medium to high viscosity fluids, featuring automatic "suck-back" and compatibility with UV fluids (TS5322D). Typical applications include dispensing beads of sealant for form-in-place gaskets, small drops of oil into gearboxes, and applying liquid flux onto PCBA during manufacturing.

What's in the Box?
The valve package includes a mounting bracket kit, valve air hose, Luer lock fluid line, fluid inlet fittings (1/4'' compression and Luer lock type), a dispensing tip selection pack, and an oiler.

Typical Setup
The valve can be fed from the TS1254 or TS1258 Pressure Tank, or any size syringe barrel or cartridge. Precision TT Series dispensing tips, ranging from 14 to 27 gauge, are recommended.
