Wiping edges prevent dripping and eliminate material waste by wiping the cartridge walls clean, as fluid is dispensed. Dispensing without a plunger inserted can result in unreliable dispensing deposits, as the supplied air pressure can become trapped inside the fluid, resulting in void pockets. TS1P MEDIUM INTERFERENCE 2.5oz – 12oz 74ml – 355ml For medium to thick materials A general purpose plunger that is easy to install and provides a double wiping edge. High visibility when inside cartridge. Available in black to support UV materials and both versions are made of low density polyethylene (LDPE). TS1WP HIGH INTERFERENCE - For thin materials 2.5oz – 12oz 74ml – 355ml A tighter fitting plunger that prevents even the thinnest materials from leaking out of the cartridge. Also suited for thick materials when a complete air tight seal is required. Natural in color and made of low density polyethylene (LDPE). TS1WP-RIB LOW INTERFERENCE - For very thick materials 2.5oz – 12oz 74ml – 355ml Incorporating specially designed RIB’s, that are equally spaced, ensures a shallow area remains present around the piston outer walls – directing unwanted air out of the fluid during cartridge filling and dispensing. TS2P HIGH INTERFERENCE - For all types of materials 1/10 Gallon 325ml A general purpose plunger that accommodates typical materials supplied in 1/10 gallon or “Euro” style cartridges.
