AVAILABILITY : Monday to Friday 8am to 12:30am - 1:45pm to 5:30pm AFTER-SALES TECHNICIANS SKILLS : AUTOMATION, ROBOTICS, IT, MECHANICS MAINTENANCE : TECAUMA’s service contracts make it possible for you to have a technician visit you regularly to maintain your machines and ensure their optimal operation. EXPERTISE : A technician can visit you to audit or optimize your machines, or to put new products into operation. TROUBLESHOOTING : In case of a breakdown, a technician analyses quickly your need and intervenes at a distance or on site, to avoid expensive production halts. SPARE PARTS Spare parts delivery within 48 hours (except for specific parts) Competitive prices A single contact person for the supply of all components to SAVE TIME To protect yourself from risks of breakdown likely to stop your production, every machine is delivered with a list of spare parts which you are advised to have in stock.
