Overview

This document presents a fully automated containerized injection and grouting system designed and built on customer request to meet specific needs. The system emphasizes rapid setup, enabling production within less than 4 hours.

System Components and Features

• Mixing and Grouting Unit: Equipped with automatic mixers (UFSC500) or agitators (MR 1500) mounted on independent frames.
• Washing Facilities: Includes washing tanks for injection canes with multiple inlets and colored outlets for efficient cleaning.
• Injection Pumps: Options include PH 5 or PH 15 pumps, with various configurations of injection points (e.g., 4, 6, 8, or 12 points).
• Container Design: Features 4 ISO handling points on top, forklift passages at the bottom, resin-coated floors with galvanized duckboards, and water outlets for cleaning.

Mixing and Grouting Cabin Specifications

• Two double doors, lighting, and emergency stops for safety.
• Ventilation system to evacuate heat.
• Water tank with pneumatic emptying (300 liters / 79 US gallons).
• Mixers with three balance sensors, 500 liters (132 US gallons) volume, 9.2 kW power at 1450 rpm.
• Agitators with entry filtration, 700 liters (185 US gallons) volume, 2.2 kW power at 29 rpm.

Piloting Cabin Features

• Soundproofing and retractable air conditioning for transport.
• Work table, chair, and full lighting for operator comfort.
• External door with key and internal sliding door for security and accessibility.
• Electric distribution cabinet powering pumps, mixing plant, powder screws, vibrators, air conditioning, lighting, high-pressure cleaning pump, and extractor.
• Control cabinet for pumps with functions including on/off, local/distance selector, flow/pressure control, injection/cleaning modes, blow counter, and centralized greasing indicators.
• Capability for piloting and recording injection parameters.

Performance and Technical Data
