This document presents technical specifications and features of a drilling rig designed for soil investigations, small water wells, and micro-piles. It highlights equipment capabilities, safety features, and operational parameters.

Key Specifications

• Drilling Range: 0 to 94° mast inclination with lifting from 0 to 90° and ground approach adjustment from -100 to +400 mm (-3.94 to +15.75 in).
• Dimensions and Weight: Transport dimensions: length 3500 or 4500 mm (138 or 177 in), width 1200 mm (47.24 in), height 1830 mm (72 in). Weight ranges from 2.1 to 2.8 tons (4750 to 6330 lbs).
• Engine and Power: Deutz engine rated at 36.3 kW (50 hp).

Rotary Heads and Torque

• Three rotary head options with varying torque and speed:
  • RH2A: 2.1 kNm torque at 270 rpm
  • RH2B: 1.4 kNm torque at 358 rpm
  • RH2C: 0.9 kNm torque at 582 rpm
• Automatic SPT (Standard Penetration Test) capability with back hammering.
• Hammer model HD1002 delivering 200 J per blow at 3000 blows per minute.

Clamps and Grips

• Guillotine clamps available in single and double configurations:
  • GS030.160 single clamp: opening 30–160 mm (1.2–6.3 in), force 4000 daN (8990 lbs)
  • GD030.160 double clamp: same dimensions and force as single
  • GD032.220 double clamp: opening 32–220 mm (1.3–8.6 in), force 9000 daN (20,230 lbs)

Injection Pumps

• Water pump (Gamma piston): 80 L/min (15 gal/min) at 40 bar (580 psi)
• Mud and cement pump (SP220 screw): 220 L/min (41 gal/min) at 12 bar (175 psi)
• Foam pump (C35): 30 L/min (8 gal/min) at 50 bar (720 psi)

Safety and Operational Features

• Passive emergency stops located at front, near mast, control panel, and rear for maximum safety.
• Rope always aligned with drilling axis to prevent hazards.
• Return of hydraulic oil to tank ensuring system integrity.
• Pre-equipment for parameter recording to facilitate monitoring.
• Toolbox with padlock for secure storage.
• Night work lighting available.
