SPGN 300 Y, YZ, XYZ GANTRY SYSTEMS Specifications • The SPGN 300 family is a pillar gantry solution for smaller robots up to 300 kg weight including end effector, on the 3 and 4 axis versions. • The gantry has the normal Y-X-Z options, but also a pillar turning option that can make this gantry work on both sides on the Y-stroke track. • It can also be delivered in a version where the pillar, with or without the turning option can stand on the floor, without the Y-stroke track. • The gantry has new designed, low weight, high strength welded steel structure that make it possible to improve the performance drastically. The design also makes it possible to manufacture this gantry to a low cost that will keep the price to customer low. We are using state of art linear guiding systems and reduction gearboxes There is a wide working range It’s possible to use up to 3 robots on the same gantry system. 1-4 axis options are available Wire barrel and welding unit carried on X axis body To reduce the max. height of the gantry, a Telescopic Z axis is optional. The gantry can also be delivered with the Z-stroke on the base pillar, to be used in environments with very low ceiling height.
