Simplicity in Robotic Automation Specifications • The SGN 300 family is a basic gantry solution for smaller robots up to 300 kg weight including end effector, on the 3-axis version. • The gantry has new designed, low weight, high strength welded steel structure that make it possible to improve the performance drastically. • The design also make it possible to manufacture this gantry to a low cost that will keep the price to customer low. We are using state of art linear guiding systems and reduction gearboxes There is a wide working range It's possible to use up to 3 robots on the same gantry system. 1-3 axes options are available Wire barrel and welding unit carried on X axis body To reduce the max. height of the gantry, a Telescopic Z axis is optional, Available options: • Coated rollers, guideways and racks • Telescopic Z axes • Limit switch option • Zone switches • Auto lubrication of guides with cartridge or grease pump. • Auto lubrication on rack and pinion with grease pump. • Wide cable tracks (200mm to 300mm) Cable chain dividers Enclosed cable chain (no cable chain dividers possible) Robot integration Welding package carriages (Power source and wire barrel) Service platforms Robot Control Unit Carriages Special color of paint Technical data is subject to change without prior notice.
