Standard 60mm and 120mm version can also be specified. The 60mm version allows 7x8mm cut offs to be measured in line with ISO 4288. • 0.50um / 120mm straightness error For high accuracy contour measurement, even on extra large components. Optional Datum Correction Pack available for the most demanding applications. • 0.125um horizontal data spacing Small components and features can be measured more effectively than ever before.
