The Vacuum Packer Standing AK-RAMON VP-600 AB is entirely manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene. It features a transparent lid for visibility, double sealing for secure packaging, and a progressive atmosphere system known as Soft Air. The device is equipped with a digital control panel and pneumatic sealing, allowing for easy disassembly of sealing bars. It includes polyethylene components for faster packaging and easier bag placement, and is designed for easy maintenance.
The vacuum packer is powered by a 20 m³/h BUSCH pump with a voltage of 230 V/1ph/50 Hz, and an optional 40 m³/h BUSCH pump with a voltage of 400 V/3ph/50 Hz. It includes a gas flushing entrance and is sensor-controlled. Additional features include a bag cutting mechanism, an inclined plate for packaging products with liquids or sauces, and a vacuum connector for external containers.
