Scope of Work: The project involves the engineering, supply, erection, and commissioning of a complete stockyard system for Companhia Vale do Rio Doce (now Vale) at the Brucutu site in Brazil. This includes structural, mechanical, process, electrical, and automation equipment.

Project Figures: The system is designed to handle iron ore with a peak capacity of 9200 t/h. Key specifications include a belt width of 1600 mm, belt speed of 4.3 m/s, outreach/boom length of 46 m, total reclaimer length of 35 m, height from upper edge of rail of 29 m, and total weight of approximately 885 t. The rail gauge is 10 m, with a travelling speed of 30 m/min. The bucket wheel has a diameter of 8.8 m, with 10 buckets each having a capacity of 1 m³.

Project Schedule: The commissioning of the project was completed in 2006.
