The ERH Series EIA Rack Mount Enclosure with Handle is available in 35 different size combinations and two color options: Silver and Black. The flat panels allow for easy customization, including milling, inkjet printing, and engraving.

Components and Materials:

Panel, Frame, Rear Panel: Extruded aluminium A6063S-T5, available in Silver or Black with a hairline brushed and anodized finish.
Side Plate: Aluminium A1050P, 1.5mm thick, Silver or Black with a hairline brushed and anodized finish.
Top and Bottom Cover: Steel SPCC, 1.0mm thick, Black with a painted leather tone finish.
Support Bracket: Steel SPCC, 2.0mm thick, with trivalent chromate or anodized finish.
Rubber Feet: Synthetic rubber, Black.
Handle: Aluminium A5056S or Brass, Silver or Black, anodized or chrome plated.

Assembly Instructions:
Side plates are covered with a protective film that should be removed before assembly. Refer to page AC-1 for AC series mounting plate details.

Specifications:

Available internal height is H - 29 when assembling the AC mounting plate.
Included screws: M3-5 countersunk, M3-5 Binding head, M3-10 Pan head, all with trivalent chromate finish.

Color Coding:
Suffix the color code at the end of the product number to specify color: 'S' for Silver and 'B' for Black.

Product Dimensions and Weights:
Various models are available with different dimensions and weights, ranging from 44mm to 221.5mm in height, 482.6mm in width, and 160mm to 500mm in depth.

Mounting Plate Details:
AC Series Mounting Plate is available for ER and ERH enclosures, with dimensions and weights specified for each model.

Rack Panel Options:
AP and EP Series EIA Aluminium Rack Panels are available in standard sizes for 19-inch racks, with options for customization through CNC machining, anodizing, painting, and digital inkjet printing services.
