Independent High-Efficiency Pulverized Coal Industrial Boiler System

Process and Parameters: The system achieves a combustion efficiency of ≥98% and a heat efficiency of ≥86%. Emissions are controlled with TSP ≤20mg/Nm3, SO2 ≤800 or 150mg/Nm3, and NOx ≤500mg/Nm3. In-situ SO2 removal efficiency ranges from 40-70%, while carbon-based sorbent removal achieves ≥90%.
Main Achievements: A 0.5MW demonstration system was developed in 2005. Notable installations include a 4t/h steam boiler at Xinzhou University, a 2.8MW hot water boiler at Datong Procuratorate, and a 6t/h steam boiler at Xinqiao Paper Mill.
Current Projects: Ongoing projects include retrofitting 18 old boilers in Datong and installing 7 new boilers in Shandong. The Datong demonstration project has shown efficiency improvements with emissions significantly reduced and coal consumption decreased from 13,550 tons to an estimated 5,300 tons, saving 129.5 million yuan in operational costs.
