Adjusting mechanism of the gap between sieve and rotor blades PULPER FINISHER It is used to obtain and refine puree. It has three stages. 1st level: 1.5mm perforated stainless perforated sheet with conical sieve; In this first stage, the gap between the conical sieve and the rotating rotor blades can be adjusted with a special mechanism made of cast iron. 2nd level: 0.8mm perforated stainless steel sheet with cylindrical sieve; At this stage, the gap between the cylindrical sieve and the rotating rotor blades can be adjusted with the screw-nut system in the holders of the rotor blades. 3. Level: 0.6mm perforated stainless steel sheet with cylindrical sieve; At this stage, the gap between the cylindrical sieve and the rotating rotor blades can be adjusted with the screw-nut system in the holders of the rotor blades. All three levels will be mounted on a single stainless steel profile chassis.
