PEPPER CORER - HALVER For halving and decoring of the pepper (kapia) by cutting model. Processing Capacity: up to 1500-2000 kgs/h of pepper (kapija). • Main bottom frame and perforated drum, chutes and guards are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. • Halving section`s chassis made of stainless steel painted mild steel. • Knife is made of hardened stainless steel with special profile. • Halving section`s Pepper feeding belt drums are driven by a 2,2kw motor and belt-pulley mechanism. • Decoring section`s perforated drum driven by a 1,1kw motoreducer and chain-sprocket mechanism. • There is also water spray tube in the middle of the Decoring perforated drum (1 ¼” female – Water consumption is approx. 6 tons/hr – p: 2,5 bar). • Totally Electrical requirement: 3,3kw, 380VAC, 3phasses, 50Hz. • Overall dimensions (L*W*H): 365cm.* 100cm.* 285 cm. • Net Weight: approx. 890 kg TABANLI MAKINA SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI Isabey mh.
