IMMERSION TYPE BELT BLANCHER-COOLER It is using for blanching from approx. 1,5min. to 6min. of granular fresh vegetables such as grain peas, cut green beans, sweet corn kernel, okra, peeled & cut artichoke, cut carrot and etc. by dipping in hot water and then cooling by dipping in water and then spraying of water above product. AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel material will be manufactured. Machine parts are as follows: Product infeed section : (horizontal belt), Blanching section : (10-15cm deep sloping down, after going straight, 10-15cm sloping upward) Cooling section : (10-15cm tilted to the depth, after going straight, 10-15cm will be showered with fresh water with a sloping upward and some straight forward) Product output section : (horizontal belt), Indirect steam exchanger consisting of serpentine type pipes spreading on the bottom of the blanching room will be found inside the machine to ensure that the water in the blanching room is at a homogeneous temperature at every point.
