BEAN SNIPPER Model. TBS04 It is used for cutting the ends of green bean with 100 knives exclusive model to include Capacity: up to 2000 kgs/hr of manually harvested green bean at each (depends on kind of product and feeding efficiency) Externally to the drum, 8 alternate rows of knives are placed for the snipping of the percentage of green beans which can exit from the slots. Drum diameter is 1280mm and crated by 630 pcs of plastic segments (18 pcs as circular * 35 pcs as longitudinal) and thickness 1mm stainless steel divider rings between each plastic segments. Each plastic segment `s width is approx. 55mm. Drum`s plastic segments made of polycarbonate and crinkled (waved) slotted (by request; slot width ~6,2mm or ~4,8mm). Totally 100 pieces of triangular cutting knives. Polyurethane covered wheels. Main construction in AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel and product contact points are AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel excepted head and tail anti-corrodal aluminium drum rings and food grade plastic segments. Full of drum both sides are covered by AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel guard plates. Internal Divider Rings made of AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel. Sluice plates and Chutes are made of AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel. Idle cylindrical brush for cleaning of drum. Water spray pipes for both drum and lower chute.
