Chain conveyor with cylindrical plastic attachments driven by a motoreducer to transport of the products into cutting chamber. Product feeding section length of the conveyor is approx. 2,7meter (108”). Circular saws with diameter of approx. 30cm (12”) driven by a single motor with brake. Tip and tail cutting (trimming) is done by two pieces of saws and the third saw can be added buy customer to cut two parts. Net lengths of the cut or trimmed sweet corn cob/carrot length can be adjusted by customer. Water spray nozzles for cutting chamber and chains against starch. Laser line markers for aligning the length of the products to be trimmed.
