We provide all services needed to meet your requirements and to offer you a complete, fully integrated and validated solution. 4/ C-BIO2TM control system Our advanced C-BIO2™ operation and SCADA control software allows you to operate, monitor and control functions of various upstream and downstream equipment from one display or remote location. This is a unified production line: bioreactor, separation equipment, freeze-dryer and CIP-station. 5/ Thinking about future If necessary, SYSBIOTECH fermenters and bioreactors can be upgraded to fulfill your specific application requirements. You can install additional sensors or change impeller in your culture vessel. Main features: O Ready-to-work standard solutions with the ability to upgrade. O 100% aseptic design, easy validation. O Different types of impellers: Rushton, marine-blade, pitched-blade right- and left-handed orientation with radial or axial flow. O Motor with single mechanical or magnetic seal guarantees 100% aseptic operation. O Mixing speed 10-600 rpm (standard option); up to 1,500 rpm upon request. O Standard sensors: temperature, pressure, speed, pH, pO2, and foam. O Sensors upon request: OD, ORP, level, weight, conductivity, pCO2, gas analyzers. O PTFE absolute filters 0.2 pm provide gas mixture purity inside the vessel. O Manual flow meter or automatic MFC regulates gas mixture supply. O Different sparger types: ring, pipe, microspargers. Various specific designs are available upon request. O All wetted parts are made of 316L stainless steel with surface finish of Ra<0.8 pm and Ra<0.4 pm upon request. They have fully aseptic design and can be validated easily.
