• Excellent Beam Quality and Pulsing Characteristics • Fast Rise and Fall Time (<75us) • Common footprint and beam exit locations • Available as keyswitch or OEM with fan or water-cooling ^series - high power from an air-cooled laser Maximum power and performance from an air-cooled C02 laser is the drive behind our t-series technology. The firestar t-series lasers from Synrad are built using our patented hybrid- unstable resonator design. This creates a compact laser with excellent beam quality that can be focused to the smallest achievable spot size, delivering the maximum possible power density to a work surface. The result is faster processing speeds, higher resolution and optimized quality for cutting, marking and engraving applications. When combined with excellent beam profiles, fast pulsing capabilities and mode quality numbers (M2) of < 1.1 ±0.1, the firestar t'Series represents the benchmark in today's compact high-power laser market. Designed for flexibility and ease-of-integration, the firestar t'Series family of lasers incorporates a unique 3-point mounting system and can be operated from a 0-100% duty cycle, with laser power adjusted using a pulse width modulation (PWM) All t-series lasers operate from separate RF power supplies and a choice of three standard cable lengths, providing the lightest mounting weights for the laser heads. Synrad t-series lasers are available in key switch or OEM configurations, water or air cooled, and the air-cooled lasers can be supplied with or without fans. The first of the t-series lasers to be built on Synrad's patented t-resonator technology, the t60 with its matching 30 VDC RF supply is installed in numerous marking and engraving applications worldwide. Building on the success of the t60, Synrad introduced the 80 Watt firestar t80. Sharing a common footprint, the t80 with its matching 36 VDC RF supply provides even more power in the same compact package. For applications like fast marking on steel, the t80 with 80 Watts of efficient focusable As the newest member of Synrad's reliable firestar family of lasers, the tlOO unites outstanding beam quality and fast pulsing capabilities with 100 Watts of output power. In comparison to other 100 Watt C02 lasers in today's industrial laser market, the beam characteristics of the tl 00 excel in both Mode (TEM00 95% purity) and Beam Quality Numbers (M2< 1.1 ± 0.1). In addition, the fast rise and fall times and excellent square pulse profile of the tlOO allows for optimized applications where superior performance is key. With their flexibility in cooling options, lightweight package and small footprint design, the t-series assures virtual drop- in replaceability in both upgrade and field service situations. In power levels from 60 to 100 Watts, Synrad's firestar t-series lasers are the ideal choice for engraving, cutting and marking Synrad, Inc. 4600 Campus Place Mukilteo, Washington 98275 USA tel 1.425.349.3500 • fax 1.425.349.3667 • email synrad@synrad.com • www.synrad.com An Excel Technology Company
