Die Motorspindel Type 4064 DC-HSK25 wurde für Anwendungen entwickelt, bei denen neben hoher Präzision und Effizienz auch maximales Drehmoment benötigt wird. Mit einer Leistung von bis zu 5.000 W erreicht sie ein maximales Drehmoment von 120 Ncm. Zusammen mit dem äußerst genauen Rundlauf lassen sich so selbst härteste Materialien schnell und präzise bearbeiten. Zur hohen Effizienz trägt auch die integrierte Wasserkühlung bei. Sie garantiert lange Standzeiten selbst bei intensiven Bearbeitungen. Auch beim Werkzeugwechsel überzeugt die 4064 DC-HSK mit ihrem durchdachten Design. Die standardisierte HSK25-Schnittstelle sorgt für schnelle, sichere Werkzeugwechsel und unterstützt damit einen hohen Grad an Automatisierung. Und dank der Spannabfrage lässt sich der Status der Motorspindel (gespannt, gelöst, gespannt ohne Werkzeug) auch im laufenden Betrieb überprüfen.
