This document provides an overview of brazed plate heat exchangers and their applications in industrial settings, emphasizing thermal efficiency solutions.

Steam Heating
Applications include the process industry and medical disinfection. The solutions are designed to match system components critically and offer a wide range of steam condensers.

Industrial Processes
Features include protective cooling for laser and electronic equipment, copper-free solutions for de-ionized water, minimal ionic interaction, and maximum lifetime.

Heat Recovery
The focus is on sustainable recovery of waste heat with high efficiency and low pressure drop. The design is compact with connections up to 6 inches and high capacity ranging from 16-45 bar and 350 m³/h.

Air Dryer
Includes conventional cooling with heat recovery and an air dryer with an integrated separator (ADWIS). The design is compact, robust, and cost-effective.

Cleaning in Place (CIP)
Brazed plate heat exchangers are typically self-cleaning due to highly turbulent flows. CIP is recommended for maintaining efficiency in cases of high fouling or scaling. It involves circulating a cleaning liquid through the exchanger without disconnection. Customized CIP ports are available.

Industrial Chiller
Features vapor-compression or absorption refrigeration cycles, highly efficient evaporators and condensers, and optimized evaporators for specific refrigerants (R410A, R134a, R407C). The AsyMatrix design enhances thermal performance, reduces pressure drop, and minimizes refrigerant charge.

Oil Cooling
Offers high reliability and compact design, solutions for extreme viscous transmission oils, copper-free solutions, and optimized oil channels with AsyMatrix.
