Overview of Revolutionary Screens
Weco offers a range of innovative screens, including SuperHookTM and SuperBondTM, designed to fit various rectangular vibratory separators and gyratory sifters. These screens are available in different configurations to meet specific application needs.

SuperHook Screens
SuperHook screens can be configured with a single layer of mesh or a double layer, where a coarse mesh supports a finer top mesh for added strength. A triple or sandwich-type layered screen is also available for specialized applications. Plastic reinforcement is used in multiple layered screens to enhance durability. SuperHooks are available in galvanized or stainless steel. The standard one-piece hook design includes cloth inserts to protect the fine mesh screens from premature failure. Two-piece hooks with neoprene inserts are also available to prevent metal-to-metal contact and extend hook life.

SuperBond Sifter Screens
SuperBond sifter screens are compatible with virtually any rectangular or box-style gyratory sifter. They are available in various sizes, shapes, and materials, with a wide range of mesh sizes and cloth types.

Additional Features
SuperHook plastic-edged screens are also available. The screens range from 2 to 400 mesh, including market, mill grade, and tensile bolting cloth. Materials include 304, 316, 430 stainless steel, nylon, and polyester, with bonded canvas, PVC plastic, and high-temperature edging. Standard sizes range from 29" to 79", with custom dimensions available. Heavy-duty grommets are used for screen tensioning.
