Working Principle
Trommel screens are installed at a slight angle, with the input end higher than the output end. As materials enter the drum, they move forward with the drum's rotation. Smaller materials fall through screen holes, while larger materials are discharged at the end. This rotation ensures optimal separation by allowing materials to pass through sufficient holes.

Features
The Trommel Screen offers various models with a circular sieve drum made of carbon steel for strength and reduced weight. The sieve plate, made from Q345B (16Mn), provides wear resistance and longevity. The circular sieve holes and triangular arrangement enhance screening efficiency. The roller's outer ring is covered with wear-resistant rubber for durability and reduced noise. The reducer motor and drive wheel are connected by a cross universal coupling for stability and overload protection.
