Eﬃcient Processing The feeder comes with a pre-screening function and can realize continuous feeding; the dividing hopper can be optionally conveyed to the main conveyor or the side conveyor to reduce blockage and overﬂow. The main machine is directly driven by a hydraulic coupling, with high eﬃciency. Laminated crushing and excellent grain shape. Safe Operation The main machine speed is adjustable and the rotor is designed to prevent winding of iron steel bars; the jaw plate is made of cast steel with high strength; the rare earth permanent magnetic separator is specialized in removing iron impurities and protecting the subsequent processing equipment. Fully hydraulic foldaway hopper is equipped with hydraulic locking, without the need to ﬁx it manually. The feeding speed can be adjusted automatically or manually. The belt tensioning mechanism of the main machine is reliable and easy to operate. Hydraulic assisted adjustment of the impact plate on the main machine allows easy and quick adjustment. Unique Design The main crushing machine is equipped with a rubber curtain and a multi-layer chain curtain for greater safety and reduced dust. Separate pre-screen, with higher screening eﬃciency than the integral type, increases the capacity of the crusher and reduces the wear and tear of the crushing chamber. The optional post-screening unit and return belt ensures uniform crushing grain size. The vibrating feeder is used to help convey the material to be discharged from the main machine, reducing the impact on belt of the main conveyor and increasing the overall service life.
