Product Introduction
The ARIES primary shredder is a robust and reliable machine designed for processing municipal solid waste (MSW), bulky waste, and industrial waste. It is typically the first step in waste mechanical treatment.

Working Principle
The ARIES double shaft shredder operates with two main shafts equipped with special-shaped knives, driven by a hydraulic motor. These knives rotate within the shredding chamber, shredding materials through tearing, shearing, and squeezing actions. This process reduces the material size, facilitating easier and more efficient subsequent treatment or transportation.

Optional Features
A pressing device can be added to improve the feeding and crushing of materials like barrels. The driving mode can be customized to either a motor with a reducer or a hydraulic drive motor with a reducer, depending on material and requirements.

Design and Components
The shredder features a specially designed bearing sealing system to prevent foreign matter from entering the bearing. The hydraulic system components are sourced from top international brands, ensuring minimal impact and stable performance. The main shaft uses an average point compression lock structure for labor-saving and easy disassembly.
