The V32 Elite Dust Extractors are available in three models: V32E230, V32E480, and V32EU. All models feature a turbine motor with varying voltage and amperage requirements: 208V/30.4 Amp, 480V/17.5 Amp, and 380V/16.9 Amp respectively. Each model has a motor power of 11.5hp/8.6kW for the first two models and 10hp/7.5kW for the V32EU. The main filter is a conical filter with a surface area of 53.8 ft²/5 m², and the HEPA filter surface is 43 ft²/4 m². Maximum airflow is 490 cfm for the first two models and 447 cfm for the V32EU, with a maximum vacuum of 112.5 water lift/0.28 bar across all models. Dimensions are consistent at 51 x 32 x 70 inches, weighing 620 lbs.
The V32 Elite series boasts a four-stage dust collection system for enhanced cleaning efficiency. This includes an integrated pre-separator, a second cyclone around the conical filter, a conical M class filter, and a HEPA filter H13. The system is designed for high air permeability and longer working intervals between cleaning. Additional features include an integrated emergency lamp, easy access to the HEPA filter, a lighter and more compact design, and new Longopac holders for easier mounting.
The V32E models offer an option to upgrade to automatic cleaning with the V32E230AFC and V32E480AFC versions.
