Introduction
The Mud Dog® 1000 is a redesigned 10-yard hydro excavator by Super Products LLC, offering enhanced performance and efficiency. It features improved air flow, better fuel efficiency, and a heated aluminum cabinet for increased storage and accessibility. Unique to the industry, it includes an ejector plate for fast debris unloading.

Power System
The unit operates on a single engine drive with a Smart CANbus control system, engine and blower tachometer, and an emergency engine kill switch.

Water System
Equipped with a 14 GPM @ 3000 PSI water pump, the system includes a curbside water fill, 1000-gallon capacity, and a 465000 Btu/Hr water heater. It features winter recirculation, an anti-freeze system, and an air purge system.

Vacuum System
The 8" positive displacement vacuum system provides 5800 cfm/28” Hg. It includes an industrial tapered cyclone with a large clean-out door, a vacuum pump hour meter, and a vacuum level gauge.

Boom System
The 8' telescoping boom offers a reach of 19’ to 27’ with 335° rotation. It includes a remote greasing system.

Operator Controls
Features hand-held wired pendant and wireless remote for operating boom functions, vent door, kill switch, vacuum level, heater, water pump, and dump controls.

Debris Body
The 10 cu. yd. debris body includes an ejector unloading system, a 14” float ball, and a fully hydraulic tailgate operation.

Style / Accessories
The unit includes a heated aluminum cabinet, polyurethane-coated interior, urethane paint finish, stainless fenders, and an LED light package. It also features an aluminum diamond-plate tool box.
