Overview
The HERMETIX Lab 220 is a laboratory filter designed for pharmaceutical-grade applications, suitable for small volume filtration in laboratory or pilot scales. It is also applicable in chemical, cosmetic, and biotechnological industries.

Design and Features
The filter features two vertically arranged circular filter elements with a trub chamber in between, allowing direct scalability from laboratory to production. It is a multiple sheet filter with an enclosed design, ensuring 100% hermetic sealing with no leakage due to circumferential gaskets (O-rings) on each filter plate. The system supports CIP cleaning and SIP sterilization.
