Overview

Description of the Saw
The UKS cross-cut saws are built with a solid welded frame and a tilting arm for the saw aggregate. The arm's movement is controlled by a pneumatic cylinder with adjustable travel speed.

Work Safety
The machines comply with EC standards for work safety and offer additional accessories like complete covers and pneumatic shields.

Conveyors
Various conveyor systems can be integrated, including powered and non-powered roller conveyors, as well as built-in belt conveyors for automatic movement.

The engine power varies: UKS 400/700 offers 5.5 kW or 7.5 kW, while UKS 1000 provides 11 kW or 15 kW. Standard saw blade diameter is 550 x 80 mm, with an option for 700 x 90 mm on the UKS 1000. Exhaust systems differ by model, with specific neck diameters and a desired speed of 30 m/s.
