OverviewThe document describes two fully automated machines, the SMOP pallet processing line and the SMPS pallet stacker, designed for processing and stacking pallets. These machines can operate independently or in conjunction with the SMPA 500.1 ED nailing machine.
SMOP Pallet Processing LineThe SMOP line is designed for marking, cutting corners, and milling edges on pallets with dimensions ranging from 700 mm to 1,200 mm in width and 600 mm to 1,500 mm in length. It has a capacity of processing 840 pallets per shift. The line consists of five automated working units:
- Powered Input Roller Conveyor: Features steel construction with powered rolls and can operate in manual or automated modes.
- Marking Pallets: Utilizes pneumatic pressing and electric resistance heating for branding, with a power input of 7.2 kW.
- Cutting Pallet Corners: Equipped with four disk saws and independent motor units, with a power input of 8.8 kW.
- Continuous Milling Aggregate: Includes automatic pallet movement and tilting motor units, with a power input of 6.6 kW.
- Output Roller Conveyor: Facilitates the exit of processed pallets.
SMPS Pallet StackerThe SMPS stacker allows for simple or interlocking stacking of pallets with the same dimensional range as the SMOP line. It consists of four automated working units:
- Input Conveyor with 90° Rotation: Prepares pallets for stacking.
- Overturning Equipment: Rotates pallets by 180° for interlocking stacking.
- Stacker: Arranges pallets in the desired stacking format.
- Output Multi-Plate Conveyor: Offers adjustable lengths from 2 to 5 meters for pallet exit.
Safety and ComplianceBoth machines meet strict EC standards for work safety.
