The motor unit and the wheels are incorporated in the chassis to protect them against damage. All the wheels (incl. load rollers) are made of polyurethane for operation in wet conditions. ELEKTRONIC SYSTEM M.O.S. freely programmable microprocessor control. Thanks to the controls being wired in parallel, no operation direction contactor is required. The operational behaviour (acceleration, timing and speed) can be adapted to the customer’s individual requirements. DIMENSIONS Small dimensions guarantee ideal handling. Length of front pad: just 535 mm including 250 Ah battery. Width of truck: 680 mm. Thanks to CAD construction, it is extremely sturdy and yet exceptionally light. All constructional components, including shafts, pressure rods, roller rockers and support roller supports are of rust-proof steel. The surface is pickled and polished by electrolysis. STRUCTURE AND EQUIPMENT Developed from the complex ED series modular system. Multiple use of standard components, such as drive, controls, steering handle, rollers, etc. Despite its compact structure, all the components are easily accessible. Many features are integrated as standard: Tandem load castor rollers, EMERGENCY STOP button, combined working hours meter, battery controller.
