Product catalog summary
Racking Stanchions and Crossmembers
The racking stanchions are constructed from special profiles with a 50 x 50 mm punching pattern. They are bolted to an upright, with different profiles and material thicknesses used based on shelf loads. Crossmembers with welded hangers connect the uprights to form a racking bay and are secured with a pin to prevent lifting.

Floor Fixing
Racking stanchions are fixed to the floor using a staybolt, with the type used depending on the racking height and concrete grade.

Distance Pieces
These connect two rows of racking to ensure stability and are used for fixing piping in systems with sprinklers.

Loading Figures and Prerequisites
Crossmembers are designed for uniformly distributed loads with a permissible center sag of max. L/200. Uprights must not be stressed by impact loads and require at least four racking bays per row for stated loadings. Racking must be set up on concrete compliant with DIN 1045 and levelness per DIN 18202, Part 5. Assembly must be done by authorized personnel, adhering to ZH 1/428 and Operating and Assembly Instructions.

Base Plates
Uprights are anchored through base plates, with different bases used based on application and load. Shims are used for leveling, with a maximum of 1.5 mm.

Upright and Crossmember Profiles
Different profiles are available for varying bay loads, with maximum bay loads ranging from 15,000 kg to 24,000 kg. Crossmember profiles support shelf loads up to 5,000 kg.

Certification
STILL is certified in quality management, occupational safety, environmental protection, and energy management.
