General Data
Model 7000-UV features an inlet/outlet diameter of DN-80 (3 inches) and operates within a pressure range of 2 to 10 bar. The maximum fluid temperature is 40 ºC.
Stainless Steel Screen Data
The filtration system offers screens with 25 and 50 microns, supporting a maximum flow rate of 15 m3/h and 25 m3/h respectively. The net filtering surface is 2,900 cm². The unladen weight is 135 kg, while the laden weight is 200 kg. Filtration degrees available are 50, 25, 20, and 10 microns.
Backwashing Data
The backwashing system uses a G-2” threaded valve, requiring a minimum pressure of 2.5 bar. The cycle time is 26 seconds with a flow rate of 9 m3/h, consuming 65 liters of water per cycle.
Electrical Data
The system operates on a supply voltage of 220 V AC at 50 Hz, single-phase, with a control voltage of 24 V DC. The electric motor has a power of 0.18 kW and a consumption of 1 A.
Standard MaterialsThe
filter housing and lids are made from AISI-316 stainless steel with a glass bead blasting finish. The suction scanner is AISI-304 stainless steel, and the filtration screen is AISI-316 stainless steel. Suction nozzles are PVC with AISI 316 stainless steel rings and nylon brushes. Backwashing valves are made of polypropylene, and joints and bolts are A-4 stainless steel. Joints are made from NBR, EPDM, and Viton.
Ultraviolet Disinfection Data
The system uses low voltage amalgam ultraviolet lamps, with four units in total. Each lamp is UVC 50 W, providing a dose of 400 J/m² with a transmittance of 45%. The lamp cleaning motor operates at 24 V DC with an intensity of 3A.
