Description Thermocouple with wrap around Velcro™ strap designed to measure the surface temperature of pipes. This temperature sensor consists of a thermocouple, available in type K, J or T mounted on a double sided Velcro™ strip. It is ideal for the measurement of pipe temperatures up to 100°C with diameters up to 100mm. The sensor may be wrapped around the pipe and with the Velcro™ secureing it in place to ensure good thermal contact between pipe and thermocouple tip. It can easily be removed and replaced for temporary or more permanent applications. The sensor has a 1 metre PVC lead wire and mini plug for use with hand held digital indicators.
