The SICL10-system is a conductor line system for indoors applications protected against accidental contact and plastic-insulated, designed acc. to VDE 0100. The system has the option of horizontal or vertical arrangement of all bars and curves in all directions. Open the catalog to page 5SICL10 - Individually Insulated Conductor Line System SICL10 conductor bar To prevent inadvertent contact with the live parts, our SICL10 conductor bars are equipped with an outer plastic casing. The coloured plastic casing differentiates the phase bars (blue) from the earth bars (green). All conductor bars are pre-assembled with a cut-out at the ends of the copper conductor profiles and allow easy installation of all components. Cut-outs are necessary to connect the SICL10 conductor bars. We offer a special press tool to make cut-outs into the shortened conductor bar at site. SICL10...

Open the catalog to page 10Conductor line expansion In order to counteract the temperature-dependent expansion of the conductor bars, depending on the system length and temperature conditions, expansions have to be integrated into the system. The factory-adjusted expansions are equipped with two electrical supplies and one expansion joint. The maximum possible expansion range is < 20 mm. Open the catalog to page 11SICL10 - Individually Insulated Conductor Line System Fix point In order to prevent an unintentional movement of the conductor line system, the bars in the center of the system or in the expansion track area have to be secured with fix points. The fix points in combination with the suspension ensure the secure hold. Screwed version Installation requires two screwed version clamps per fix point.
