Design Features: The blast cabinet is lined with 10mm thick manganese steel, with additional 12mm thick Inline Liners opposite each blast wheel. The first 300mm of the vestibules are also lined with manganese for enhanced durability.
Conveyor Options: Standard roller conveyors have a capacity of 1000kgs/m, with optional conveyors available for up to 5000kgs/m.

The machine has a unique design to ensure that the bottom blast wheels are all positioned at the same distance from the work piece to give maximum efficiency. All the blast wheels are angled to give positive cleaning on the end faces. The twelve blast wheels are directly driven by a cast iron 18.5 kW motor. As an option a 30kW motor that will increase the line speed. All the blast wheel parts are made from 25% Hi-Chrome castings. As standard the machine is supplied with roller conveyors with a 1000kgs/m capacity and if required we can supply conveyors for up to 5000kgs/m. To optimize efficiency, six, eight or twelve blast wheels can blast at any one time dependant on the material size being processed by manual controls for the abrasive flow.
