This is why this open-mouth bagging machine is ideal for anyone wanting to switch from manual/semi-automatic bagging to fully automatic bagging and/or who needs a low capacity. Whether plastic granulate, animal feed, fertilizer or food - the ACROPAC is ideal for bagging free flowing bulk goods. Pillow bags and gusset bags with a filling weight between 10 kg and 50 kg can be filled due to the high level of flexibility of the machines. Prefabricated pillow or gusset bags made of PP, PE or paper are separated from a stack in the magazine using vacuum suction cups and transported to the pick up station. Here the bag is opened by means of a suction bar, placed on the filling spout, clamped in place and filled.
