Starvac is a start-up focused on cleaning technologies for industrial buildings, aiming to improve air quality, reduce noise, and enhance comfort. They offer central vacuum systems that emphasize energy efficiency and low maintenance costs.
The system includes six main components: blower, dust separator, control device, inlet points, vacuum accessories, and piping network. These systems are installed away from work areas to save space, reduce noise, and improve air quality.
Starvac provides premium and standard side channel blowers. Premium blowers use Siemens IE3 motors for high efficiency and are maintenance-free, while standard blowers are cost-effective with slightly lower efficiency. Both can be controlled by a Soft-Starter or Inverter.
Available in small, medium, and large sizes, these separators are designed for industrial use with features like gravitational separation and easy filter changes. They can be upgraded to ATEX version Z22 for safety in environments with organic dust.
Options include soft start and inverter control for smooth operation and energy savings. The system can integrate with Industry 4.0 applications for enhanced automation and monitoring.
