Profile Grinder PG10 SPECIFICATIONS Features and Benefits The Stanley PG10 Profile Grinder is designed to grind a wide range of rail from 90# to 140#. Adjustable flange wheels which cannot get out of adjustment ensure grinding accuracy. The PG10 contains a hydraulic motor specifically designed to match power and rpm for grinding applications. A built-in flow control is used to avoid excessive spindle speed. For added safety the PG10 features an interlocking trigger which prevents accidental engagement of the tool. The PG10 meets ANSI and OSHA standards. The PG10 also features a removable wheel guard for easy access to the grinding wheel when installing and removing grinding wheels. For longer tool life the PG10 features outboard bearings for increased shaft stability and a sealed spindle shaft to keep dirt and moisture out. A rugged upright handle allows the operator to stand upright and not bend over while operating the PG10. A spindle height adjustment mechanism makes for easy height adjustment of the grinding wheel.
