Discharge Vibrating Cage Stanelle – Always the best solution Type ASK For the unproblematic discharge of poorly owing bulk goods from silos or bunkers Areas of application: The Stanelle-Discharge Vibrating Cage, Type ASK, serves as discharge aid for all poorly owing and bridge-forming, dry, dusty to granular bulk materials. Major advantage over air operated systems is that the discharged bulk materials do not contain uidizing air. This has positive effects during bagging as well as when loading special bulk materials into silo vehicles. The anged version with 60° outlet slope is easily attached to any silo or bunker – even retrotted. Operation: The kinetic energy of the vibrator is transferred directly to the swing elements of the vibrating cage and puts it into oscillation. The bulk material loosens up, possible bridges collaps and the material ows out. Material/Design: Depending on the area of application, the ASK can be furnished in steel and stainless steel as well as with motors with various power ratings and voltages.
