MK01 Series Reed Sensors Overview

Features: The MK01 Series Reed Sensors are supplied in Tape & Reel with J-Lead configuration, making them excellent for low power operations.

Applications: These sensors are suitable for on/off control switches, position detection, and as switching elements in various markets including appliances, telecommunications, security, and medical sectors.

Handling & Assembly Instructions: Proper lead clamping or heat sinking techniques should be used to prevent mechanical and/or heat stress during soldering and welding. Mechanical shock from dropping the sensor may alter its magnetic sensitivity or destroy it.

Life Test Data: The life expectancy of reed switches decreases with load increase. Typical number of operations varies with load conditions, ranging from 1E+05 to 1E+10 operations depending on the voltage and current applied.
