Sonitec nozzles represent a significant advancement in the cleaning of baghouses and dust collectors. These nozzles can be retrofitted into existing collector blowpipes, offering immediate improvements in flow and a reduction in differential pressure drop across the baghouse.

• Removing the venturi doubles the open flow area through the tube sheet.
• Nozzles are permanently attached to the blowpipe, eliminating the need for replacement, unlike venturies which are disposed of with the cages.
• Cage costs can be reduced by up to 30% as venturies are no longer necessary.
• The unique venturi design is effective for bags up to 16 feet long.
