Default base plate choice for 7T8 xyz is 2OR6-55T optical rail. Base Positioners The Mini Rail System Ball Slide Positioners 7T8‑01 and 7T8‑02 have travel range of 5 mm. Using a micrometer driving screw mounted into M10x1 tapped hole, resolution of 10 µm is achieved. Positioners have clamps for mounting onto Steel optical rail system rails and can be locked in position using a fixing screw. With help of Rail Carriers the Mini Rail System Ball Slide Positioner 7T8‑01 can be coarsely positioned in a range of 30 mm. Two 7T8‑01 and one 7T8‑02 can be stacked to X-Y-Z directly. Translation & Rotation Stages Aluminium Translation Stages Medium Width (50 mm) 7T175-50 uses 9S75M micrometer as a driving screw. The platform is spring preloaded against the screw. 7T175-100 and 7T175-150 use their own integrated driving screws. The screw has a micrometric scale (on the body and knob). The pitch of the screw is 0.5 mm. Custom pitch and gears are available on request.
