Product Overview: The LUX-top® LS is a ladder protection system designed to secure leaning ladders against tilting sideways or outwards. It is suitable for both flat and steep roofs, with specific attachment methods for each type.

Types and Specifications:

Type LS I: Designed for flat roofs, attaches to the attic cover. Made from W1.4301 / AISI 304 material, dimensions 450 x 80 x 3 mm. Includes 4 special rivets and 1 sealing strip.
Type LS II: Suitable for flat roofs, attaches to the façade (timber or concrete construction). Made from W1.4301 / AISI 304 material, dimensions 520 x 260 x 6 mm. Includes 6 special rivets and 3 sealing strips.
Type LS III: For steep roofs, attaches to rafters or eaves board. Made from W1.4301 / AISI 304 material, dimensions 260 x 256 x 6 mm. Includes 2 concrete anchor bolts M12 A4.
Type LS IV: For flat roofs, attaches to sandwich façade elements. Made from W1.4301 / AISI 304 material, dimensions 260 x 256 x 6 mm. Includes 4 wood construction screws Ø 8.0 mm.

Attachment Materials: Each type comes with specific attachment materials such as special rivets, sealing strips, concrete anchor bolts, and wood construction screws, tailored to the installation requirements.
