Screen Printing Machine SP-400 Vacuum Powerful screen printing machine for 3-D Printing, hard and flexible materials. The machine can be used for flat printing as well for cylindrical printing. Reliability, a very good cost/performance ratio and a high amount of integration possibilities are the main elements of the SP- series. The SP-400 is a machine with a very high operating flexibility, which is operator and maintenance friendly. The horizontal and vertical drives happen be AC-servo motors. The squeeze pressure is done by mechanical spring loaded cam. Speeds, horizontal stroke and all function can be done at the touch screen display. The machine is equipped with a vacuum table and with a vacuum pump. • The machine control is a free programmable PLC. • Operation by touch screen display • Precision, hardened linear guides for horizontal and vertical strokes. • Movements and speeds can be adjusted individually. • Squeeze fast changing system. • Tipp mode for machine set up. • Single step by foot pedal. • Individual print length adjustment by switch. • Adjustable squeeze angle.
