Pad printing machine SL-100 The compact SL 100ES, equipped with a sealing ink system, it is a pad printing machine in a high quality. She was developed for a large application of 1 and 2 color prints. The construction of the machine allowed the integration into automatic systems or the use as a stand alone unit The machine is prepared for the use of periphery units: likes rotary indexing tables, automatic pad cleaning and 2-color shuttle Features: ● Operating control is facilitated by a visual touch screen panel ● Machine conducts a self-diagnostic check ● High quality linear guides for pad and plate carriage ● Pad- and plate strokes happens by controlled AC-servo motors. ● Pad strokes happens by screw ball spindle ● Pad strokes adjustable by touch screen panel ● Working- , acceleration- and deceleration speed of the pad and plate carriage can be adjusted individually ● A pad printing machine with an electrical drive doesn’t need any air pressure and creates lower running costs.
